To print out this printable all you need to do is right click and save this image below to your computer. Once you have saved it you can then resize it to the size you want. For example, a 8x10 the dimensions would be 800 x 1000 and for a 5x7 it would be 500 x 700. Whatever size you want you resize it by multiplying the numbers by 100. You have to resize it before you try to print it out because some print programs won't let you resize it during the print set up so resize the image to what size you like before you try to print.
